What does it mean to be in a Retreat?

To Retreat is to voluntarily & actively choose to put some time, some activities, some daily chores & continuous doings aside, so one can Retreat back to one's very Source which is free & pure & at natural rest.

To put one's thinking mind to rest for a while & see, that to be without any thinking mind (which is always at unrest, always in strategy, always in insecurity) one can be fully present & alive in one's own source & essence.

That being effortless is not a lack or insecure place. It is the taste of one's own abundance & fullness.

Here in one's Most Natural & placeless Place ( Sahaj state) one can taste the Natural rest of one's own being.

And for the first time have darshan of one's own true & undiluted self beyond name & form & titles.

To be beyond the need of continuous pressure to be this or that which is only a superimposition & noise against the ever present Background of one's Natural Silence.

To be in sahaj is to be in one's most effortless place, that which is not an outcome of a practice or discipline.

Retreat means to Retreat back from all that has led outside into a subject object world and trace ones source.

Retreat means to consciously die to the world for a while & discover that space within, which neither dies nor is born.

Retreat is where all questions & so called day to day problems are met, looked at in loving awareness.
